Xiaomi introduced their first notch display smartphone, the Xiaomi Redmi 6 Pro, after the launch of two versions of Xiaomi Redmi 6.
Xiaomi Redmi Pro is the updated version of Xiaomi Redmi 6 and 6A. It has a 5.84 inch FHD display and 19:9 aspect ratio with Facial recognition. The phone runs with Android 8.1 Oreo and Octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 with Adreno 506. The storage has three options: 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM, 4GB of RAM and 32GB ROM, and 4GB of RAM and 64GB ROM, with expandable storage through microSD card slot. It has a 12MP plus 5MP with f/2.2 aperture rear camera and 5MP front camera. The battery capacity has 4000 mAh. The phone’s features have WiFi, Hotspot or Tethering, and Bluetooth connectivity with 2G, 3G, and 4G LTE network.
The price starts at ¥999 for 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM, ¥1,199 for 4GB of RAM and 32GB ROM, and ¥1,299 for 4GB of RAM and 64GB ROM. The available colors are Black, Red, Blue, Gold, and Pink. The phone is only available in China because the company has not yet announced the release date for other countries.
