Waze for iPhone was upgraded so that users can also access Apple CarPlay which is said to be launched as part of iOS 12.
According to 9to5Mac, Waze has its voice search, reporting issues for other drivers, and some feature that will help users while driving. Users will need to connect their iPhone and use Waze from a built-in screen in their car which has CarPlay support. The app added some new features that will be included in the route recommendations. They can automatically use the improved daytime map at night and change how their car on the map will be seen.
The update was promised by Google so that iPhone users can also use CarPlay with Google Map.
The company said that the new feature will launch soon and they just need more time to fix it.
