Valorant is the first-person tactical multiplayer shooting video game by Riot Games. It’s finally available on PlayStation and Xbox. Valorant, originally launched on PC in 2020, will be available as a limited beta to PlayStation 5, Xbox Series S, and Xbox Series X owners starting June 14.
Valorant Beta Version soon
The beta version will only be available in the United States of America, Canada, United Kingdom, Europe, and Japan. However, there is a possibility that it will soon be made available in other regions.
Riot Games claims that the console version has “custom-built” gameplay, which means the developers have optimized it for controllers. The company claims that while the game will not support cross-play, players will still be able access “connected shared inventory” as well as cross-progression. Console version will get all the new maps, content and agents as soon as the PC version is released.
A new shooting mode, called “Focus”, is planned for the console version. This will allow players to hip-fire with reduced sensitivity. All agents on your main account are available to play if you sign up for the Valorant Limited Beta. All your skins, battle passes and other items will also be transferred from the PC version to the console or vice versa.
