Snapchat has released a new feature in their product, Spectacles, where the users can choose what format they want to export their image.
The new features in Spectacles help the users choose whether they want to change the format of the image or not before it is exported on the app. Spectacles can access to export image in circular frame with white or black background of the image similar to Stories, square, and widescreen. The users can upload it with the new features within Memories by pressing the Story, and then the options will appear. The uploaded videos and images will be in full-screen display when the user’s rotate their phone. According to Engadget, the other platforms will maintain the shapes and frames no matter how users view it.
Spectacles’ new features have started rolling out in both iOS and Android. Users with the old version of the device can still use the new features instead of the new Spectacles 2, the latest version.
