Samsung S21 users have been facing a green line issue following a recent software update, similar to previous problems encountered with the Galaxy S10 and S20 series. Despite Samsung’s reputation for excellent displays, these incidents reveal that their screens are not immune to issues.
The Software Update caused the display to heat up excessively and produce green lines. Furthermore, a loose connection between the display and the motherboard, or a faulty display connector, could also be causing the problem.
Although the green line issue is not exclusive to Samsung, unlike OnePlus, which acknowledged similar problems and provided assistance, Samsung has remained mostly silent. The lack of response from the company has left affected users feeling disappointed and frustrated.
Affected users can take photos and videos of the issue, providing evidence in case Samsung decides to address the problem and offer free replacements in the future.
