With the new One UI 6.1 update that Samsung introduced last week, Galaxy S23 series along with other Galaxy phones and tablets have been incorporated with Galaxy AI features. However, several customer feedbacks and responses suggest that the update has more cons than pros. Here are some of the common problems faced by the users :

Unresponsive touchscreen

According to the user reports on various platforms, this update has brought about unresponsive touchscreens. Screens aren’t responding to finger touch. This has disheartened the users to a great extent.

Slow Charging

Reports of One UI 6.1 exhibit slower charging speed for certain users of Galaxy S23. However, SamMobile found that this issue was not as common as the other problems, through their tests. Yet, several customers have been complaining about the issue.

Unresponsive fingerprint sensors

The fingerprint sensors aren’t working in the way it is supposed to. An user reported that after updating to One UI 6.1, the fingerprint sensor randomly stopped registering the input when trying to unlock the phone. Several reports regarding this indicate that this issue is probably hindering smooth functioning.

Though Samsung One UI 6.1 brings in exciting Galaxy AI features to the S23 fam,, a few users reported these problems. Moreover, it is to be noted that the reports are based on user reviews and feedbacks. So, there’s always a chance for it to work for you.
