Realme is expected to unveil the Realme GT 7 Pro in December this year. The new smartphone model is expected to get upgrades over the Realme GT 5 Pro. This model will supposedly include several innovative features.
Though the company has neither revealed any details about the smartphone or announced the timeline of the smartphone launch yet, information regarding the key features of the upcoming smartphone have surfaced online recently.
Expected specifications and features of Realme GT 7 Pro
According to a Weibo post by tipster Smart Pikachu, the brand new realme GT 7 Pro which is expected to launch in December this year might feature a Periscope telephoto camera which is expected to offer a high optical zoom level. This tipster also added that the smartphone is likely to be equipped with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor for security purposes. This ultrasonic in display fingerprint sensor will offer more accurate fingerprint readings in comparison to optical scanners.
Previously it was rumored that the Realme GT 7 Pro will launch along with Qualcomm’s yet-unannounced Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 SoC. This chipset is expected to be launched in October this year. Xiaomi 15 and Xiaomi 15 Pro will reportedly be the first smartphones to be launched in China that will be equipped with this chipset. The Realme handset might not be the first to launch with this chipset in China but it could be the first one that will probably carry this chip in global markets outside China.
