Users of the Oppo Reno 3 Pro in China may already get a stable update. The update is only available to users who have firmware version C.23 or above. Oppo has stated in a community forum post that it would soon begin pushing out the Android 12-based ColorOS 12 stable upgrade for Reno 3 and Reno 3 Pro devices in India and Indonesia.

If consumers in India and Indonesia want to upgrade their devices, they must have firmware version C.23 or above. Reno 3 users in China must be on version C.14 or above to receive the ColorOS 12 upgrade.
The Oppo smartphones should have updated automatically, but if they haven’t, eligible users may request for a stable ColorOS 12 upgrade by going to Settings > Software update and searching for the ColorOS 12 version.Oppo has also announced that its OTalk developer forum would be held in China on June 8, according to a report from ITHome. In China, the business is anticipated to disclose its strategy for implementing Android 13 on its smartphones and other devices. This covers devices from OnePlus, Oppo’s sibling business.
