The Phone 2a special edition for India is not scheduled to be released on April 29. Despite not disclosing any information about the smartphone, the London-based consumer technology start-up has confirmed its arrival via a page on Flipkart, its Indian e-commerce platform partner. The new edition was created especially for India, according to the Flipkart listing page. Nevertheless, depending on suggestions from the Nothing community, the Phone 2a India special edition might get better.

A version of the Phone 2(a) smartphone is available for community members to design, package, and customize. Nothing first announced the “Community Edition Project” earlier in March.

July is the planned launch month for the Phone 2 (a) Community Edition. On the other hand, it’s possible that the company has finished the hardware design phase and is prepared to launch an India-focused variant. It is probable that one of the hardware design entries for the Community Edition Project will serve as the inspiration for the special edition released for the Indian market.

Nothing Phone 2 (a) Pro

A Nothing smartphone known under the codename “PacManPro” reportedly appeared online earlier this month, according to media reports. Prior to release, the Nothing Phone 2 (a) was known as the codename “PacMan.” In light of this, the smartphone’s special version for India might be a “Pro” or “Plus” variant. It’s also possible that the special edition version will have a higher capacity variant in addition to a few small design modifications.
