Microsoft has produced new features in Excel that can customize the formula using JavaScript or Microsoft Azure Machine Learning services.
This custom feature can help users to insert their own formula by clicking add-in for running the functions in Excel. With the support of Azure Machine Learning, users can use their company’s data developed by their data scientist. JavaScript extends Excel’s capabilities because of its popularity. It’s able to connect to third-party services and it can run on any platform. The said custom function has its advantages in experiencing insertion, tailored and familiar store, intuitive and familiar UI controls within Excel, enterprise ready support for in house organization visuals, and develops once and made available to users on both Excel and Power BI.
The updated Microsoft Excel can now be used in MAC, Microsoft Excel Online, computer, and in iPad. Microsoft’s official website uploaded a preview of this new feature.
