The Moto G85 5G smartphone, which has a Sony Lytia sensor for the primary camera and a 3D curved display up front protected by Gorilla Glass 5, was released by Motorola in India on Wednesday.
Features of Moto G85 5G
A 6.7-inch pOLED display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a peak brightness of 1,600 nits is featured on the new Moto G85 5G. It has a 10-bit display with a color gamut of DCI-P3.
The Moto G85 5G comes included with a 33W charger and a 5,000mAh battery.
With up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 chipset powers the Moto G85 5G. With the use of a microSD card and up to 24GB of virtual RAM, it may be upgraded to 1TB.
The smartphone comes pre-installed with Android 14, but it will be upgraded to Android 16 with two operating system upgrades and four years of security patches.
The Moto G85 5G features an 8MP ultrawide + macro camera in addition to a 50MP Sony Lytia 600 primary camera with optical image stabilization (OIS). It features a 32MP selfie camera on the front.
There are two storage options for the Moto G85 5G: an 8GB RAM/128GB version that costs ₹17,999, and a 12GB RAM/256GB option that costs ₹19,999.
The product is scheduled to go on sale on July 16th on Flipkart, Motorola, and prominent retail outlets around India.
Three Pantone-curated colors—Olive Green (vegan leather), Cobalt Blue (vegan leather), and Urban Gray (acrylic glass – PMMA)—will be offered for the Moto g85 5G.
