In India, LG unveiled a new line of AI-powered smart TVs on Wednesday that feature real-time upscaling. LG OLED evo Al and LG QNED AI TVs, with sizes ranging from 43 to 97 inches, are among the 55 new models.
With a massive 97-inch screen, the LG OLED97G4 is the largest OLED TV in the world, according to the South Korean electronics giant.
The new AI TVs can produce virtual 11.1.2 surround sound thanks to the built-in speakers.
Dolby Vision gaming in 4K @ 144Hz refresh rate is available on LG OLED TVs. These also work with AMD FreeSync and are approved by NVIDIA G-SYNC. Additionally, a game optimizer is included so you can vary between display presets for various game genres.
According to the business, the newest model, LG’s 2024 ONED AI TV, uses the next generation of LCD technology to produce vivid and bright colors. The NanoCell and Quantum Dot technologies form the foundation of the LG QNED.
With its million grey scale capability, the LG QNED Mini LED AI TV can distinguish between different tones of gray and display gradation with 20-bit accuracy. There is virtual 9.1.2 surround sound included with the Mini LED TV.
Users of LG’s webOS can set up to ten unique profiles. Every profile can be password-protected for privacy. For five years, LG also guaranteed webOS OS upgrades.
Dolby Vision and Dolby Atmos are still supported on LG OLED AI TVs and QNED Al TVs. Both Google Chromecast and Apple AirPlay are integrated into the TVs.
The LG OLED evo G4 AI series has a 55-inch model that costs ₹2,39,990 to start. The price of the LG OLED97G4 is ₹20,49,990.
The LG OLED evo C4 AI series starts at ₹1,19,990 for a 42-inch model.
The 55-inch LGOLED B4 AI range will go on sale for ₹1,69,990. At ₹1,89,990, the 65-inch QNED90T (QNED MiniLED AI TV) is available.
Starting at 1,03,990, the QNED88T (QNED AI TV) is a 55-inch model. The QNED82T (QNED AI TV) starts at ₹62,990 for a 43-inch screen.
