The Verge shared the interview with Layla Amjadi, Instagram Shopping’s Product Manager, about the app’s upcoming feature that will help people to shop.
The new feature was hailed “Personalized Mall” will have themes and principles for shopping on Instagram. The Personalized Mall is for users who want to sell a particular product with a price point they want. Not only shoppers, but also businesses will have an opportunity to promote their products and increase their customers or buyers. The user has an access to tag their friend to the product image so that their friend can easily find what product they want to buy. Because of the new feature, people will have a short period of time in searching items they want. When users tap the tagged product, the app will automatically respond by exploring the information about the product.
The company has not yet announced the release date for the shopping feature.
