The phone that will take the place of the Honor X30i boasts a 6.7-inch screen, a MediaTek Dimensity 700 SoC, up to 12 GB of RAM, and 256 GB of storage. Somehow, Honor claims that the X40i’s clever storage extension technology allows it to use up to 5GB of storage as RAM to perform functions more quickly. The dual-rear camera setup includes a 50-megapixel primary camera sensor. In addition, the phone has a 4,000 mAh battery with 40W rapid charging.
Honor X40i’s price and availability
The Honor X40i that debut in China, starts at Rs. 19,000 for the base model with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. Another variant, i.e., 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, costs roughly Rs. 21,350. A price of roughly Rs. 23,700 for the model with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage.
At the launch, Black, Green, Rose, and Silver were the available colors. Somehow, the smartphone is available for purchase, but shipping will start on July 22, according to the company’s website.
