HTech (Honor), on Thursday, launched Honor 200 and Honor 100 smartphones in India. Both devices are powered by MagicOS 8.0 based Android 14. It is the first intent-based UI in the world that promises to provide an enhanced AI experience. Honor’s MagicLM on device AI large language model powers this UI.
Honor 200 and Honor200 Pro specs
The Honor 200 features a 6.7 inch quad-curved AMOLED display with a resolution 2,700 x 1224 pixels and peak brightness of 4,000 nits. The Pro version, on the other hand has a 6.78-inch screen with the same resolution and brightness of the non-pro version.
Honor 200 and the Pro version are powered by Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 with the RS Enhanced Chip Honor C1+. These devices come with MagicOS 8.0 based Android 14. They also offer up to 512GB of storage and 12GB of RAM.
Both have a camera island with a triple-camera setup. This includes a 50MP Sony IMX906 sensor, a telephoto lens of 50MP Sony IMX856 and a 12-megapixel ultrawide sensor that doubles as a macro camera.
The Pro series has two cameras on the front (50MP and 2MP). Both phones have a 5,200mAh batteries that support 100W wired chargers. Wireless charging is not supported by the non-pro version, but the Pro version supports 66W.
Price and Offers
The Honor 200 base model, which comes with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage, is priced at Rs 34,999, while the version with 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB costs Rs 39,000. The Pro version, on the other hand is only available in one configuration: 12GB RAM with 512GB storage. It costs Rs 57999.
The Honor website and Amazon will have both phones available to purchase from July 20. Amazon Prime Day offers instant discounts of Rs 1,000 on the Honor 200 Pro and Rs 8,800 on normal one as part of its sale. ICICI credit card and SBI debit card holders can also get an extra discount of Rs 2,000 or Rs 3,000 for the Pro and normal variants.
Customers can also get Honor wireless headphones or the Honor Watch for free if they buy the phone at certain stores. You can also request a Rs. 2,000 coupon.
