Google Play Movies & TV released a 4K video quality to all available movies and the previous movies who have been bought by users will automatically upgrade.
According to a blog post by Ben Serridge, Google’s Product Manager at Play Movies & TV, the 4K movies has a cheaper cost and it will be seen at the option section. Users will not have to purchase another device to access the upgraded 4k video quality because it can be played on user’s 4K TV such as Sony Bravia TVs, 4K Samsung Smart Tvs, and for the LG Tvs, Google is still working on it. The company also updated its app for Vizio TVs with a new design and offers best experiences.
Google stated that they will continue to improve its app so that users will be relaxed while watching their favorite movies.
