Facebook announced another new feature for group admins to manage their online group. It also has an online educational tutorial for group admins to know how to manage their groups’ posts.
Facebook’s new feature is more focused on online groups to make it more useful for the local users. The admins can collaborate directly to Facebook to ask for help on managing their groups and it is available now on Android and iOS in English and Spanish.
This new feature is called ‘Get Support’ and can be found in the admin tool. Group admins can revisit old issues and Facebook will keep track of previous issues. Another Feature called ‘Pre-approve’ that will allow the group admins to approve certain members of the group to publish posts without any approval from them.
