Hardly two days after Elon Musk was declared successful in his $44 billion bid to take over Twitter, it seems the Tesla CEO is looking forward to add a few more companies to his already massive empire. Or is he just joking?

Today Musk’s empire comprises SpaceX, Tesla, the Boring Company and of course, the recently owned Twitter. And the business magnate seems quite interested in Coca-Cola as well. Elon Musk recently posted a tweet saying he is going to buy Coca-Cola next to put the cocaine back in.

Soon after, he said another screenshot of one of his old tweets where he claimed that he is going to take over McDonald’s and fix all their ice cream machines. While sharing the screenshot, he posted it with a caption “Listen, I can’t do miracles ok”.

Coca-Cola, which is one of the most popular soft drink company is currently at $284.20 billion. According to the quarter which ended on 1st April, the organic revenue of the brand rose 18% excluding any divestitures, currency swings and acquisitions. Coca-Cola earned 7% profits from the sale of it products and increase in prices. According to a Wall Street Journal report, the operating income of the company increased by around 25% and settled at $3.41 billion even thogh there was a 17% increase in the cost of goods.

The South Africa born entrepreneur has been making headlines since last week when he acquired Twitter. And it has been one controversial tweet after another. Just a day ago Musk attacked Vijaya Gadde on Twitter and now it’s a tweet about buying Coca-Cola. It seems the billionaire is trying hard to establish his image as someone who is a rebel and a rule breaker in this society.
