As it moves into its second decade, the multimedia editing business Canva has introduced a number of new and improved solutions geared for workplace users and large organizations.
The company unveiled Canva Enterprise, a subscription-based service designed to give big businesses the resources they need to manage projects, keep their systems secure, combine apps and production tools, and get access to more storage.
This week in Los Angeles, the firm held its Canva Create event, where the most recent upgrades were disclosed.
Canva also revealed more resources, like work kits and templates, for particular teams, such the marketing, sales, human resources, and creative divisions of a business.
Canva’s workplace suite, best known for assisting users in creating vibrant infographics and captivating wedding invitations, will enable businesses to quickly produce quarterly earnings reports by integrating its presentation tools with data from platforms like Salesforce or even converting company decks and media into “Canva Courses” for new hires.
Canva also announced that it was expanding the Affinity platform it had purchased and improving its generative AI-powered Magic Studio, which had been used 5 billion times since its October 2023 launch.
We are thrilled to present a new product suite and an updated Canva experience that will enable any organization to design. It’s harder than ever to navigate organizational complexity when demand for visual material grows. Melanie Perkins, co-founder and CEO of Canva, stated, “We look forward to unifying the fragmented ecosystems of design, AI, and workflow tools for every organization in our second decade, just as we democratized the design ecosystem in our first.”
With more than 180 million active users each month, Canva has generated over $2.3 billion in revenue annually.
