According to Recode, Apple is planning to launch a new TV service that will help subscribers to sell streaming video subscription.
Apple is creating a new storefront or service that will help users to access Apple’s original shows and movies, especially who are using Apple TV boxes and other Apple devices. The company announced its new partners for the new service. The upcoming service will offer bundles such as HBO, Showtime, and Starz that will cost a lower price than its original price. It will also give users recommendations, their interests and what are the available shows or movies they have subscribed.
Recode added that Apple will host and work for streams, which will include primary access to the viewing data its users generate.
The company has not yet announced the launch date of the new TV service but it is sure that it would not launch until summer or fall.
