Anthropic has released an Android application. The company claims that its new Android app is available for free in the Google Play Store and gives users access to the newest, most powerful large-language model Claude 3.5 Sonnet.

Features of Anthropic

The Android App is similar to the iOS Version of the app that Anthropic released earlier this year, in May. It allows you to continue conversations with Claude on different platforms. The app has ‘vision abilities’. This means you can use an image or take a brand new one to ask Claude about it.

Anthropic claims that its new Claude Android app supports’multilingual’ processing and ‘Advanced Reasoning’ capabilities. This allows users to tackle complex problems such as analyzing contracts on the go or doing marketing research in preparation for a meeting.

You can upload files to the AI chatbot and have it analyse them. Claude is similar to Gemini and Copilot. It can help you summarize documents, write emails, applications, letters, and more. Android users will find the same interface on the Android app as their iOS counterparts. Enterprise users can also access their Claude account via the app.

If you want to get at least five times more usage and access to Claude Opus 3 or Haiku, as well as perks such early access to new features, and priority access during high traffic, then you’ll need to upgrade to the Pro Plan, which costs Rs. 1,999 per monthly.
