In India, Dell introduced the Alienware x16 R2, which is capable of running an Intel Core Ultra 9 185H processor and an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090 GPU.
The Alienware x16 R2 boasts a 16:10 display aspect ratio, which refreshes at 240Hz as opposed to the previous model’s 165Hz. Additionally, the gadget has an IR for facial recognition and an HDR for better photography performance.
The laptop also receives support for AI-accelerated performance, which includes precise sound effect triggers and realistic physics calculations.
Dell claims that in order to guarantee steady performance, the gadget has the most sophisticated cryo-tech thermal management system available, which applies element 31 thermal interface material and vapour chamber technology to the CPU and GPU.
According to a press release from the company, the gaming laptop can provide up to 175W of dedicated graphics power with 12-phase voltage regulation stacked on top of the newest Intel processors. It can also provide up to a 41% performance boost and a 1.9x increase in battery life when compared to similar Alienware laptops manufactured since 2021.
The device’s all-metal chassis boasts a sleek and durable anodized aluminium and magnesium alloy.
The starting pricing of the new Alienware x16 R2 is expected to be ₹2,86,990.

With a 3ms response time and a maximum refresh rate of 240Hz, the Dell Alienware x16 R2 boasts a large 16-inch QHD+ display. There are two CPU options available: Intel Core Ultra 7 155H and Core Ultra 9 185H. Up to an Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090 GPU can be coupled with these processors.
Moreover, 4TB PCIe NVME SSD storage and up to 32GB DDR5X RAM are included. An AlienFX RGB Cherry MX keyboard with a roomy trackpad is featured on the laptop. Additionally, Dell has added two microphones and a Full HD webcam for clear video calling. Additionally, Bluetooth 5.3 and Wi-Fi 6E are included.
With 360W charging capabilities, the Dell Alienware x16 R2 boasts a 90Wh battery. The laptop’s connectivity options include two Thunderbolt 4 USB Type-A 3.2 ports, two USB Type C connectors, a Power Delivery port, and an HDMI 2.1 port. In addition, the laptop offers a headphone jack and a micro SD card port.
With two tweeters and four woofers per speaker, it weighs 2.72 kg and produces loud, clear sound.
