Adobe Illustrator, which is a vector based design and drawing program, now has a new feature called Generative Shape Fill. This feature allows the users to type in what they wants in a shape and they can have it drawn or fill it in using generative AI. The new Firefly AI model improves the Text to Pattern feature, which can be used to generate customised scalable vector patterns and Style Reference, which helps users generate outputs that look like existing styles.
Another new tool that has been introduced by Adobe is a new Dimension tool that lets the users automate sizing information for projects. This feature is on the way alongside a new Mockup feature through which users will be able to preview the design of 3D products and a Retype Tool to convert static text in images into editable content.
