The Huawei Mate pad 11.5 (2023) is currently available in Malaysia, and as we wait for the tablet to arrive in other regions, the firm has already introduced it in China. The tablet has the same characteristics, including a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 engine, a big 7,700mAh battery pack, and a 120Hz refresh rate. The big-screen tablet has a single camera arrangement on the back and ships with HarmonyOS 3.1.

The Huawei MatePad 11.5 (2023) has an 11.5-inch display, as the name says. According to the firm, it is an enhanced eye protection soft screen with anti-glare nano-etching technology. It has a resolution of 2200 x 1440 pixels, a refresh rate of 120Hz, and a 3:2 aspect ratio. TÜV Rheinland hardware-level low ultraviolet (UV) certification was granted to the display. The tablet is connected to a second-generation Huawei M-Pencil.
The tablet is made entirely of metal, spanning 6.85mm thick and weighs only 499g. It is available in three colours: island blue, frost silver, and space grey. The 4nm process-based Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 CPU powers the tablet, which is combined with a choice of 6 or 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. To take images (if necessary), Huawei has included a 13MP shooter on the back and an 8MP camera on the front.
On the software front, the Huawei MatePad 11.5 features HarmonyOS 3.1. It has a big 7700mAh battery that is said to last up to 37 days on reserve. It also has a 20W quick charging capability. The tablet has four speakers and an improved audio algorithm Histen8.1, which results in a loudness of 82dB.
Pricing & Inventory
In China, people get a “soft version” of the tablet with several eye safety features. The 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant starts at $1,899 ($264). The Huawei MatePad 11.5 base model costs 1,699 Yuan ($236).
