North launches new features for its Focals

North’s Head of Product, Walter Hermsen announced in a blog post about the additional features of the Focals.

The Focals smart glasses will now have special features that will let users access the messaging app, Uber, Amazon Alexa, and Spotify. The smart glasses have control for Spotify that will help users skip songs, see the title, artist and adjust the volume of connected devices such as smartphones and speakers. The Spotify Connect can be also used even if the display is off with the use of Loop. Some of the features of Spotify are only exclusive to Spotify Premium subscribers. The Focals also includes a feature, the Commute Carefree, users can now call an Uber without getting their phone. The feature has new transit updates that will help users to have options routes for their morning and night commute. The user can now share holographic display to their friends.

The company confirmed that they will launch more features in the future.
