DJ Koh, Samsung’s Co-CEO, told CNET about the upcoming Galaxy Home device that will be launched this year.
At the company’s event in San Francisco, Co-CEO Dj Koh commented to CNET, the Samsung Galaxy Home will release in April. The Galaxy Home is powered with Samsung’s Bixby, which has been introduced by the company last year during the Galaxy Note 9 launch. The new device has an AI speaker that will automatically respond when someone is commanding. The smart speaker has a built-in SmartThings hub that has an ability to sync with the user’s smart home devices. Users can easily turn on and off smart devices with just a command such as turning off the lights, locking the door, starting the dishwasher, and other activities that can be connected to the Bixby speaker.
The company has not yet released the price of the new Samsung Galaxy Home speaker.
