Infinix’s SphereTech Near Field Communication technology (NFC) has been enhanced to increase the flexibility and reliability of NFC apps on mobile devices.
Infinix enhances NFC Apps
Infinix said that while current NFC technology allows mobile payments and transit, it can often result in failures of transactions and frustration for users, especially in crowded and fast-paced environments, where precise alignments are required to ensure successful interactions. This can be cumbersome, and unreliable.
Infinix’s 720deg SphereTech NFC is designed to overcome these limitations, by offering improvements, and eliminating the need for precision alignment, said it.
Three major advances in this technology are the spatial layout, compatibility with signals, and configuration of material types. This self-developed, proprietary patent has doubled the range of the signal and increased the reading area for cards by 200%.
Infinix 720deg SphereTech NFC is also the first technology to read and tap cards on three sides of a mobile device. This includes the front, the top and the back. The 360deg NFC only allows cards to be read from the back.
Infinix 720deg SphereTech NFC technology is a great solution for public places with crowded spaces. It overcomes angle limitations to provide smoother, more reliable interactions. The advanced security features of the Infinix 720deg SphereTech NFC technology set new standards with their ability to remotely disable NFC functionality on lost or stolen mobile devices.
This will lead to a new generation mobile services which are intuitive and easy.
“Our commitment towards innovation and understanding of user needs led us to create a product that enhances functionality, but also offers unparalleled security and convenience to our users.” Li Cao is Senior Manager of Infinix’s NFC Department. He said that the 720deg SphereTech NFC offers seamless, reliable and secure interactions.
