Samsung Galaxy Watch will soon get AI powered health tracking features

Samsung has announced that the company will bring in several new health tracking features which will be powered by artificial intelligence. These additions will be brought about to the upcoming Galaxy watch series.

The upcoming Galaxy watch series of Samsung which includes the Galaxy Watch 7 series is expected to launch alongside the Galaxy Z Flip 6 and the Galaxy Z Fold 6. These smart watches will have several health tracking features powered by AI.

New AI powered features which are being introduced by Samsung

One of the biggest upgrades that the South Korean tech giant is bringing to the Galaxy Watch is ‘’Energy Score’. This is a new feature that will help the users to get a “better understanding of your daily condition through a combined analysis of personal health metrics”. The feature makes use of sleep, heart and activity data.

Besides this the tag giant is also adding another AI feature called ‘Wellness Tips’ that will help you to complete your personal health goals by “offering insights, motivational tips and guidance based on the specific goal you are looking to achieve.”

According to Samsung, the sleep tracking algorithms will be improved by this update and it will now offer new in depth insights such as movement during sleep, respiratory rates during sleep, heart rate and sleep latency. The Galaxy Watch will get new Personalized Health Rate Zone and Functional Threshold Power metrics for cyclists. This can help you to train yourself like a professional.
