The Nothing Phone 2’s specifications and debut date were announced last week, and now we are informed of the possibility of a foldable Nothing Phone. It is now merely an idea known as Nothing Fold (1), which Nothing posted on its social networking platforms. Designer 3DPCat/BitJewel, actual name Brandon Paul, is responsible for this. The gadget is distinctive due to the LED lights on the hinge, which can be changed into either the Nothing logo or a simple exclamation point. A long LED light strip and a smaller, circular light, which I’m referring to as an exclamation mark, are seen in the concept graphic.
The Google Pixel Fold and the Galaxy Z Fold 4 have very similar general design formats. For the more compact screen, the cover one, it features rounded corners similar to Z Fold. Here, the design is somewhat angular and boxy. The folding inner display is thinner than the Google Pixel Fold or the Galaxy Z Fold, and it also doesn’t appear to include a punch hole for the selfie camera. Here, a display camera could be seen. This tablet needs a few more features, including pen compatibility, no screen creases, and a gap-free design, in order to succeed.
The Nothing Phone (1) is the only phone that Nothing currently offers. And when it came out, it changed how smartphones were made. Nothing is currently preparing to launch the Phone (2) and may also be developing the Nothing Fold (1). Although Nothing did not confirm Fold (1)’s existence, the official Twitter account did publish a message. A foldable Nothing gadget idea design was displayed in that particular tweet. And at first sight, it will be difficult for anyone to dispute that the concept’s creator did a fantastic job. It adheres to Nothing’s actual nature. It feels so genuine, in fact, that Nothing may someday be inspired by it.
Is There A Possible of Nothing Fold (1) Having LED Lights On The Hinge
Nothing Fold (1) is the brainchild of designer Brandon Paul, also known as 3DPCat/BitJewel. He produced these lovely renderings that depict a foldable device made out of nothing. It received so much attention that Nothing’s official Twitter account reposted it with designer credit. The fluorescent LED lights on the hinge are one of the concept renderings’ initial features. Of course, it requires some dazzling lights since we’re talking about a foldable gadget from Nothing! However, the hinge design of Nothing Fold (1) was conceptualised by the designer in a really intriguing way.
The concept rendering looks to include an extended LED light strip with a top circular light. This LED design on the Fold (1), similar to that of the Nothing Phone (1), might serve as a notification light. And it would undoubtedly be a pretty stylish folding gadget if Nothing moved forward with this design. Other than that, Nothing Fold (1)’s design idea has the object having flat sides and a cubic hinge. Even though it is still only a concept, the folding tablet appears to be remarkably tiny when it is folded. Nothing could undoubtedly outperform the Google Pixel Fold and the forthcoming Galaxy Z Fold 5 if it can pull off this design.

With that being stated, it should be made obvious that all of these are only assumptions based on Nothing Fold (1)’s concept renderings. It’s possible that Nothing has no immediate intentions to create a foldable phone. The business is currently totally committed to launching the Nothing Phone (2), which is anticipated to be a high-end smartphone. Most likely, it will make its debut this July.
However, given that Nothing has reshared the Nothing Fold (1) concept renderings, there is a likelihood that we may soon receive official information on the real device.
