On Sunday, Infinix Smart 6 HD made its debut in India. Powered by a Mediatek Helio A22 SoC and sporting an 8MP rear camera sensor with AI support, the newest affordable smartphone is available now. It comes from the Transsion Group of China. The waterdrop-shaped notch display and DTS surround sound speakers on the device are both characteristics of the device. A 5,000mAh battery within the phone would be able to support up to 135 hrs of talk time on a single charge, according to the manufacturer. However, the unused onboard storage can be used to increase the 2GB RAM on the device up to 4GB.
Price and availability
The initial price for the single 2GB RAM + 32GB storage edition of the device in India was Rs. 6,799. The length of the introduction period is unknown. The country presently offers it for sale on Flipkart in three colour variations: Aqua Sky, Force Black, and Origin Blue.
On purchase using ICICI Bank credit cards and EMI transactions, the e-commerce website is offering a 10% discount (up to Rs. 750). Customers can also get a 10 percent discount (up to Rs. 1,000) on purchases made with their Kotak Mahindra Bank cards and through EMI transactions.
Specs of Infinix Smart 6 HD
A 6.6-inch HD+ display with a 90.6 percent screen-to-body ratio is available on the dual-SIM (Nano) Infinix Smart 6 HD, which runs Android 11 (Go Edition). The screen offers a 480 nit maximum brightness, a 1500:1 contrast ratio, and sRGB colour gamut coverage of 95%. Infinix Smart 6 HD comes equipped with a quad-core 12nm MediaTek Dimensity A22 SoC and 2GB of LPDDR4X RAM, as was previously announced. With the help of the extra built-in storage, the RAM can virtually increase up to 4GB.
The low-cost smartphone’s optics include an 8-megapixel AI back cam with dual LED flash. There is a 5mp camera with dual LED flash on the front. However, time-lapse, portrait, and wide selfie modes are among the capabilities available. Up to 32GB of internal storage are available with the Infinix Smart 6 HD. However, a dedicated microSD card slot allows for storage expansion up to 512GB.
