In India, Asus announced its new portable laptop Zenbook S 13 OLED, a new portable laptop in the ZenBook lineup. The latest Asus model is the world’s thinnest and finest notebook. It measures about 14.9mm thick and weighs 1.1kg. It is also powered by AMD Ryzen 6000 U series processors.

The Asus ZenBook S 13 OLED costs approximately Rs. 99,990. It is available for purchase from today on Amazon, Flipkart, and other offline stores. The Asus Zenbook S 13 OLED comes in Aqua Celadon and Ponder Blue and features Asus’s new monogram logo.
The notebook has a 13.3-inch OLED touchscreen panel with a resolution of 2.8K (2880 x 1800 pixels), a 16:10 ratio, and an 89 percent screen-to-body ratio. The screen is ideal for those who want to experiment with colours. It has a 10-bit screen with Pantone validation and covers 100% of the DCI-P3 colour gamut.
The new device is available in two configurations
The Zenbook S 13 OLED will be available in two configurations: one with the Ryzen 5 6600U (6 cores, 4.5 GHz) and another with the Ryzen 7 6800U (8 cores, 4.7 GHz). Both comes with 16GB LPDDR5 RAM, up to 1TB PCIe Gen 4 SSD, and AMD’s new RDNA 2 GPU.
Other features of the laptop include dual speakers with Dolby Atmos support, a fingerprint scanner integrated into the power button. There is a 67Whr battery unit with 65W fast charging support too. Buyers will get a 720P HD webcam in this laptop.
The laptop includes NumberPad 2.0 technology. It displays the Numpad as a touch-enabled UI on the multi-touch trackpad. Users get Harmon Kardon-certified speakers for audio. Even at high volumes, the clarity of the sound is quite noticeable. There is Dolby Atmos, and Smart Amp can boost maximum volume by up to 350% without distortion.
